I’m trying to get some new beans into RoastWorld. Currently only the 3 beans from my previous purchase are showing. The new beans are from a different supplier. The only way I can get the new beans I’m entering to be saved is if I select Yes when prompted “Add to My Bean Inventory”, Is this a bug or am I missing something?

No, this is not a bug. Adding a bean occurs in two steps:
- Add the bean details (this creates a bean)
- Add your inventory details
You need to complete #2 in order for the bean to show up in My Beans
