I got my pro tray a couple of weeks ago and have written up a topic of my thoughts on it. Mine came with a problem: the bean drop flap is missing a hinge pin on one side and I have to manually force it up to stop beans from being dumped while the arms are rotating. I have sent Aillio some pictures of it and also posted them in my topic on roast world. I used to do a lot of post-cooling chaff removal, but I think this new tray is making it unnecessary. Aside from the missing pin I am very happy with the new tray.

Aillio support came through for me very quickly and I was able to fix the flap issue myself. The hinge pin wasn’t actually missing, it was just not in the correct position. They directed me to a video that showed how to get the pin where it needed to be! Many thanks to Aillio.
