Anyone else notice that the numbers from the csv download don't match the numbers from the in-app graph?

I have this roast: Roast World - Cup, grade, and analyze your coffee roasts in depth and I’m doing some comparisons, and I’m noticing some discrepancies:

  1. The IBTS RoR reaches 300 on my csv output, but it never reaches it in my roast curve in-app: Roast World - Cup, grade, and analyze your coffee roasts in depth

  1. Then the in-app graph seems to treat the start of the graph at second 4 on my sheet. The graph says at 0:01, it has a temp of 131.4, which maps to second 4 in my csv file.

My guess is wondering why these adjustments are made?

Speculation on my part but I assume it’s curve smoothing. There’s more data than you see in the .csv d/l.
