Hi everyone, I received an order to roast 10 kg of coffee with a milk profile. Honestly, I’ve never roasted 10 kg before. Based on the experience of all my friends here, what’s the mechanism? Ideally, how many batches should I use? And how many days does it take to roast a total of 10 kg?
I can do 10kg in a day, easy. I roast 800g at a time with a recipe, in back-to-back mode, about 3 roasts an hour, about 4 hours total.
Maybe you clean the machine first, another 30 minutes.
I do 800g at a time out of habit, the machine can do 1000g no problem.
