B-ROR Roast Curve

I was just pursuing Mill City Roaster’s after watching a little bit of their helpful videos on YouTube and I came across this suggested roasting curve for a Gesha coffee out of Colombia:

Now I’ve been trying to get a nice, downward sloping curve for this past week or so since unboxing the Bullet. But, I’ve been finding some of my roasts have some really serious deviations from the slow downward slope but they still taste pretty darn good. And I know for a fact that there was no way I had a gradual, downward slope on my FreshRoast SR800 and I got some really tasty coffee out of that.

Anyways, anyone ever use a ROR curve like that and have good results? Any comparison to the Rao-type techniques?
