I was wondering why the BT ROR show up in the graph of my roast on Roast World instead of the the Infrared bean temp sensor showing up. I’ve kind of being ignoring the BT sensor on the Bullet I have. There seems to be quite a difference in how they show up in the roast, especially around 1C where you see some spikes and drops.
