Recently cleaned my bullet 1.5v inside and out. Since then it seems as though it’s lost some power and I’m having trouble replicating my old curves without increasing preheat temp and power significantly. It almost acts as though it’s a V-8 motor running only on 6 cylinders. Any advice?
If you base your roasts on IBTS temps, cleaning the IBTS may have changed your readings. Typically, as the IBTS sensor gets dirty, temp readings go down for the same actual temp.
You can check by looking at the relationship between the bean temp probe temps vs the IBTS temp for the same roast recipe. Often, as the IBTS gets dirty, you will see the bean temp graph cross the IBTS temp graph. With a clean sensor,the bean termp will gradually approach the IBTS temp but not cross it.

I thought I had cleaned the IBTS in my cleaning tear down. However, since then the IBTS readings have dropped not risen like I would expect. Simultaneously the BT reading has dropped too.
