Im experimenting with a SHB from Costa Rica and wanted to try out a higher preheat than normal. I set it to 310c and let it do its thing. I typically let it run a bit after it yells charge at me to see where the drum kind of settles. My bullet pops the ERC1 error during the preheat, I check the manual and follow its recomendation to the letter. Clean the ir lens and put the face back on, plug it back in and now the screen doesnt work, the bullet will not connect to RoasTime, and the cooling tray seems to be on. I checked the fuse, and it is fine. Any sort of help would be great.
