Looking at new laptops and it appears that Microsoft is betting big on Qualcomm and ARM architecture as its new preferred partner over Intel X86 architecture- I would immediately switch to the new ARM architecture, but I understand not all Windows apps are yet compatible. Of course this leads to the compatibility question of Roast Time. Can someone please confirm for me?
Good morning! I recently got the R2 Pro and tried connecting it to my Surface Pro (which has an ARM processor), but it wouldn’t connect at all. After a few attempts, I switched over to my MacBook, and it connected immediately. -Jason

It is not compatible, as per Matthew at Aillio, but they are working on it.
Thank you. Yeah, I had an email from Matt last night confirming the same.
But it’s fixed now ?
It’s currently working on my Samsung Book Snapdragon - not sure version i downloaded, ARM or x64. Cuirrently on RT 4.11. Hesitant to update
Snapdragon is an ARM-based CPU, so you’ll want to download the Windows on ARM version of Roastime.
You can get it here (version v4.13.6):
