@Jacob, I think the forums could use some sort of FAQ. I am seeing a pattern of people asking a lot of the same-ish support questions. It would be good if someone with admin rights can tag some of these threads as FAQ or curate a proper FAQ based on the responses in these forum posts. Seems to me one of the top problems people have is failed f/w updates and what to do. My 2 cents.
