It seems that once the roaster is in cooldown mode at the end of a session, the cooling tray’s fans shut off. I’m able to run the cooling tray fans for back-to-back roasting. But when I’m done for the day, can I start cooling the roaster while still cooling my beans?
yes, at the end of your last batch it goes to cooling mode unless you hit F1 it will then start to pre-heat
Working from memory (risky in my case!)…
Don’t advance mode (via PRS) past COOLING till the beans are cool. The Bullet will move to SHUTDOWN after COOLING times out after 10 minutes. Alternately when the beans are sufficiently cool you can then use PRS to manually go to SHUTDOWN.
