Has anyone had issues where you bean probe is all over the place?

Sometimes on smaller batches. A bean can get stuck between the bean probe and the hinge screw.
But difficult to say what is causing such an extreme swing of the graph curve on your roast. Sometimes the door can be slightly ajar and cool air can get sucked in. And some people have mentioned faulty probes, though that tends to be more rare.
