Development Panel Readings

While roasting last evening, I realised that the Development Data displayed on the left panel during a roast would be very helpful if retained after I drop my roasted beans pushing the PRS button.

As of now, when I drop my beans, the roaster enters into cooling mode and the development data gets reset to 0s. Instead, if they stopped at the last reading on pressing the PRS button (cooling mode) and reset on the next push (shutdown) it would give more info at the end of roast about time since FC, delta temp and the lot.

All that info is displayed in RoasTime and Roast.World on the right of your roasting profile. Development time, percentage and delta temp are all there. Maybe they’re no longer on the roasting screen, but they are saved and can be viewed in the roast profile with just 2 clicks.

It would be good to see those figures during B2B roasts while the beans are cooling and I am getting ready for my next preheat. I don’t know how many people use that as a reference, but for me, personally, I find it quite helpful in figuring out the few tweaks for the following roast for consistency.
