Good morning,
I plugged in my Bullet this morning. The cooling tray fan started and the trier light was on. But the display was totally off and RoasTime didn’t recognise the roaster. The display was completely dead.
Could you please give me a hand?

I’d probably try to open up the control board and make sure there are no loose connections, etc. Also, start a support ticket with Aillio.
If that doesn’t work, it sounds like you need a cold reboot.
I don’t think you need the old version of roast time anymore, but here’s a video showing the reboot procedure:

Hello! Sorry for the late reply. I did my best but didn’t succeed. My machine is with a technician now. Hopefully he will be able to fix it.
No worries. Yeah me too. It looks like mine have bkoen control panel because of smoke leaking to control panel. It’s with a local technician too now.
