DIY Cooling / Stirring

I built this recently, took a lot of iterations, but it works very well. Now, its all 3D printed, but I took a few precautions. Given the heat, for the stirrer, I used a filament that has a heat deflection upwards of 205 celsius (PA6-CF). In addition to that I coated it in three layers of epoxy (FDA Food Safe Grade). Happy to answer any questions, help with a build etc. If you have interest beyond that, drop me a private DM on here please.

A few things I’ve noticed using this, in addition to cooling the beans much faster, it also eliminates A LOT more chaff. I’ve very happy with this addition.

Hopefully I can help some of you out as well. Here are some pics, and a few videos showing it in action.

Very nice! Looks 100% professional.
Do you plan to make it for sale, or at least share the plans?

I’m considering selling for those who don’t have the capability to 3D print, I know I can’t do it on here, so I need to work it out. If you have interest in buying let me know so I can gauge interest to see if it’s worth my time to put a site together.

I would say for now, drop me a DM me if you have the ability to build yourself.

It looks like it works great and I love that the stirrer stays in the cooling bowl. I would be very interested in building this if you have a sharable material list and the stl files.
