Drum rotation slows down and makes strange noise

Hello,

I just bought Bullet R1 V2.

I was seasoning the drum, and I heard a strange noise like the one in the video below.
When I looked at it, I found that the movement of the drum was slowing down along with the sound.

Does anyone know the cause of this?

Hi @tat955526.Hw24,

Sounds like there might be some beans inside of the Drum and had caused the Drum to stop, though it rarely happens on a new Bullet. Please try removing the Drum and see if there’s anything between the Drum and the Mica Tube. Here’s how:

Ah i had this too on my new machine
Turned into loosing Power in the middle of the roast.
Dont have a solution yet
