Hi there bullet roasters.
I am roasting a Kenya Utooni Specialty and cupping seems to be very dry… “chalky” mouthfeel.
what could be the reason for this? Roasted 1200g and 1034g out… more or less 12:30min… Full City Roast… but cupping is dry as well as the espresso…
