Electric hookup

I have a preorder bullet, 220 volt model, I’ve been using it for years on a 30 amp breaker. We just ran electricity to my garage and the electrician I hired is a stickler, In all the documentation I have I don’t see what amps the breaker should be, the cord is a 20 amp cord, what amp breaker should I use?

In the on-line manual, the requirements are stated in terms of Power: 1500 Watts. Convenient since the requirement is the same for 220 VAC or 120 VAC Bullet versions.

Thanks.

If it’s a dedicated circuit for the roaster than 15amps.

Matt

As mentioned, only need 15. Mine is on a 20. Nothing wrong with 30!
