I was just preheating my R2 and I heard a series of popping noises, the LED panel blinked and shut off, and the breaker for the wall outlet tripped.
Then a saw a small flame behind the power switch, near where the plug connects, and smoke coming out.
I disconnected the power supply and the fire seems to have gone out.
Help!
That is pretty scary.
Please contact support directly and we will get it fixed. We will also need your power cable and induction board back for analysis, but support will inform you of all this.

Following up here-- Matt from Aillio support sent me a new board, and I’m back up and running!
Fortunately it doesn’t appear that any other systems in the roaster were damaged.
