Hi @matthew After a roast, I like the feature that you can use Edit to modify your mark times for Yellow, First Crack, etc. But the minutes field for End First Crack seems to have a maximum value of 12, so the longest time you can choose is 12:59. Clicking up-arrow or entering a value larger than 12 resets the field to 1. During a roast you can mark End First Crack whenever you like, it’s just the editing widget that imposes the 12:59 max. This minor issue occurred with a V2, fw553, RT 2.5.5 stable, and MacOS High Sierra 10.13.6
