Hello,

New R1V2 and getting Erc 0001 error when trying to do seasoning roasts - Getting it during preheat and if making it into roasting during the roast.

It seems like there may be a drum temp sensor error. When I start the preheat the drum temp (not IBTS) sensor reads ~456F and stays constant there. During PH and cooling the IBTS changes accordingly, but the drum temp sensor constantly reads about 450F.

I looked at your data and I think there is something wrong with your bean probe. It stays at a high temp all the time, and does not show correctly. I have never seen this kind of behavior before, so best to contact support and have them advice you on what to do.
