Error 256/ 512 appearing multiple times

Hello comrades,
For the past six months, I have been getting Error 256 and Error 512 multiple times. Errors have occurred while pre-heating and during the cooling. I have raised the ticket several times with the local distributor in India; Kaapi Machines.
For the past few times the technician has tried cleaning the PCB, using different electrical sockets. Somehow it starts and runs for a week or two. Then, the same error occurs.
They have visited about five to six times. I am wondering what is it that they are also not able to find out about the error. What can I do or ask them to do?
Should someone from Aillio speak with them. I am also sharing my current log.

Hi @coffeeshackinlvqi,

Have you sent a ticket to [email protected]? Could you share your Serial Number with us?

Based on the error codes, your Bullet is having communication errors (between the Control PCB Module and Induction PCB Module). You might want to check the Cable A connections:
Cable Connections

You might also want to check out your power outlet since it’s also having low voltage issues. If you are using a voltage regulator, you might also want to check if the specifications meet the requirements. The voltage regulator should provide at least 2000W or 3000VA for the Bullet.

Best regards,
Kevin

Technician came and checked Cable A. As soon as he pulls it out and tightens it up, the roaster works. The moment he puts it back in the case, the error happens. He is suggesting that the Cable A will have to be changed.
