Error code 10

My RoastWorld log shows an error code, but it’s not in the manual and I can’t find any info on it. Here’s what the log says: Board V2.0 / Serial XXXX / Firmware 591
Error 10

I don’t recall when this happened, and the log doesn’t seem to have a date. Any advice? It hasn’t happened recently, only the dead man switch.

I asked our support team for some help on this one and they mentioned that Error 10 is more than likely as an induction module issue. Please write to [email protected]. or fill this form Contact Aillio to get some assistance on this. Please also include your serial number as well so they can look at the logs to help debug this issue.
