Hi Everyone, Yesterday during a roast I got an error 0002 on the screen that indicates that the drum is over heating, the Drum temp was at 220 C

After I let it cool down, every time I start it it goes into “Beep” sequence for 1 to 2min before it starts up.

I see in previous posts it can be firmware or the fan for my IBTS, Is there documentation on how to trouble shoot this?

From the description I found of error code ErC-0002 in the Bullet On-line Manual…

… it appears Bullet f/w thinks you have a V1/no-IBTS roaster. But from your description it appears you do have the IBTS. This seems like a good time to contact Aillio Support and get their interpretation of the problem.
