In the article https://aillio.com/?page_id=33822, Rob suggested the fan speed to keep at F2 but when i open his profile on roast world, the fan speed is set to F6.
Did he modify the fan speed after the article published or just simply a mistake?

I noticed this too…and it’s not just his sample roast recipe. A lot of his recent roasts show high fan speeds. I really haven’t experimented with anything above F4 for fear of blowing all the heat out of my roaster…
I believe Rob had increased the fan speed to increase the conviction heat transfer.
