2 weeks ago I accidentally broke the bean probe wire while cleaning my Bullet, accidents happen…
I ordered the spare part with Roast Rebels, and the magic started.
Since my Bullet was new the door handle always gets incredible hot, completely untouchable when doing Back to Back roast, after write to Aillio I just told that was a normal problem and I learn to live with it , not big deal.
Also I had overheating problems during PH, as I posted here
As soon as I installed the new probe, those problems disappeared, and I think the temperature reading is more accurate.
If anyone has these problems, consider that the probe is broken.
