There’s a bit of a lag while the cooling tray fan spins up after ending the roast. I have to wait until it gets to full speed and then open the door if I want to avoid a big puff of smoke escaping.
Sometimes I wish that there was a button to start the cooling tray fan a couple seconds before I end the roast, so that when I am ready to dump the beans the fan is already at full speed. Is it possible to add this control button to roast time?
