So, attempted to upgrade firmware and it stalled for over 30 minutes at 23%. Unplugged, got the six beeps, blank screen. Tried to find solutions which pointed me to downloate RT 2.5 to get things going again. Https://downloads.aiilio.com is not loading. Now what do I do? (Don’t really know what I’m doing- very unfamiliar with this level of computer knowledge - Windows set-up)
