Hello everyone,
Well I just did my first roast ever on a drum roaster.
I feel the 1st seasoning roast went well, all settings were to the manual with 500g of old yergicheff I had sitting around for a long time.
My question is about the way the drum looks after the seasoning roast, I am attatching a couple pics for everyone look at and approve or disapprove. I dont think there was too much moisture, but if you disagree please let me know so I know what to look for and then i can adjust the fan.
I hope these pics tell the story, if not I can try to take better ones.
