First Roast!

Hi! Everyone I 'm Just sharing my first coffee roast after seasoning. I cupped the coffee after 24hr and it has burnt flavours. So want to learnt from my mistakes. First at all I think its a long roast time. I should increase more power at the beginning . The ROR curve its not smooth.
I’m trying to read everything about roasting so any comments or suggestions it will help me to improve. Thanks

Looking at your roast nothing really stands out. Your preheat looks good, your finishing temperature looks good, length of roast looks good. The one suggestion I would make is to check your coffee grinder settings. I speak from experience when I tell you that too fine a grind can introduce some rather strong tastes to your cup. It is possible that this is what tastes burnt to you. Your roast title indicates this is a fermented coffee. If so, you may need to give it four to six weeks to fully develop.
