First seasoning roast

Just got to dip my toes into the roasting process with the bullet.

As I’m heading through first crack, I look at the back exhaust and think “meh, smokes not that bad, maybe I shouldn’t have bought that vent fan after all.” Keeping in mind I never roast more than 10 seconds into second, how bad can second crack be after all?


Whoops in deed!! You really should vent outside especially if you’re going to get just past 2C. I roast under my range hood vent. I’m surprise your smoke alarm didn’t trigger…

This was in the garage with both doors open.
