It’s rare but yes I’ve seen it. I assume it’s condensate from the moisture in the beans but for the life of me I can’t recall if it was during or after the roast. If the roaster is up to temp I don’t see how moisture could condense since the fans should carry it out. Reflecting back I think it may have been when I was doing some lighter roasts- a long time ago.
If you have occasion to remove the drum you’ll probably see more evidence of dripped liquid on the insulating sheets which surround the drum.

Edit- Alaska? Seems more likely for you than for me here in Benson where it was 94°F today in the southeast corner of Arizona!

Not enough airflow. Clean your filter and increase airflow.
