Here’s my latest effort. The coffee tastes really good. Dark roast (start of 2nd crack), and is a Sweet Marias French Roast Blend. Feedback? What is glaring wrong here? On the right track?

Seems to be looking good too me…. I like your ROR and the way you have managed it, drum speed IMHO should be kept constant, or at least for me, as I am still getting the hang of it :))) Also, yeah if it tastes great, you killed it!!!
