During my last roasting session I had a huge graph spike. It has happened 3 times in my last 5 sessions. Anyone know what caused this? Please see upload.

If it is only happening on one sensor or probe, reach out to tech support. Although they often answer here.
I see similar anomalies from time to time, but if I saw it 3 out of 5, I’d assume a faulty sensor.
