Today, my machine ERC 6864 & ERC 0004 errors while I was roasting coffee. The IBTS fan was operating normally at 5850-16000 RPM, and the room was air-conditioned at 27-29 degrees Celsius. My machine is an R1 V2.
I opened the panel and checked it, and there were no issues. However, today the fan noise was a bit too loud.
Is this a bug? Does the fan need to be replaced? How can I fix it? And where should I find parts if I need to replace it?

This is most likely due to the IBTS Fan not freely spinning or the IBTS sensor needs to be cleaned.

Hello, I’m from Indonesia and I’m in Indonesia, my ibts fan sometimes works, sometimes doesn’t work. I’ve tried to contact the distributor in Indonesia (otten), but they can’t provide the spare part I’m looking for.
Can anyone from Aillio help me with where I can buy and get the ibts fan or can I consult first?
Oh yes, I also often clean the Aillio chaff collector and ibts sensor.
I hope they can get the part to you but, in the meantime, you can always buy a fan on Amazon or something like that. I’m not sure about the size and the rated rpm, but it is a 5V DC fan. You have to get the size right, otherwise it won’t fit. Maybe someone else here can fill you in on all the specs, so you don’t miss. I think that, if it’s a fan, you’ll likely find it pretty much anywhere.
