I have a customer that has just purchased the aillio bullet r1 v2 and we cannot get roastime to work. He originally had windows 7, but we have downloaded windows 10. After doing all of the updates to his computer and creating a profile on roast.world, we are still unable to log into roastime. Does anyone have any advice for us?
