Help Please! R2 Pro issue ( sound)

Hi everyone!

I’m very worried. When cooling the R2 Pro I saw a lot of chaff at the top of the roaster and then a very metallic sound. I think something stuck and make the bullet turn off.
I have a video in the exact moment

UPDATE: I found the issue, was a loose screw. But I found another strange sound. Here is the video

Any Idea?

IMG_3464 sounds like you should adjust the drum. Try pushing a little bit on the rotating shaft to see if it then goes away. IMG_3468 sounds normal to me, the gearbox has this sound.
The loose screw was that behind the impeller?
I would take off the impeller and check the screw behind it, then also check that the chaff filter is seated correctly.
