I would like to compare multiple data of my roasts.
I would like to know how to overlay graphs of the two data.

You’ll have to start by adding roast info based upon country of origin for Beans. Earlier versions of this were easier to launch but the display tool is very good. Roasts are stacked (vs. side by side) but you can block or display individual or multiple roasts.

Is there a limit. I wouldn’t expect to display anymore than 3 or 4.
I’ve stacked as many as a dozen without issue. Shows trends ok but outliers are more difficult to isolate. You have to un-check/check to figure out which is which. So a stack of 3-4 should be ideal.
