Hello Folks,
so a couple of issues I noted today during 2 roasts:
- crossing of the IBTS and BT waaaaaay too early. shortly after yellowing completed.
- and this one…I’m yellowing almost a full minute quicker… I’m not changing my roast profile at all.
Preheat to 240C
the P0 till tp…then P8
after that its the standard decreasing during the roast.
any help is appreciated. I will check the IBTS cleaning again.
