Can anyone explain why my preheat temperature options have suddenly reverted to BT temperature and are not longer showing IBTS temperatures? Thanks.
Open RT4. Go to the icon in the upper right and click, then choose Edit Settings; now choose Configuration. In Configuration there have been some recent changes that affect your previous selections so you’ll have to reset a few things. Don’t forget to Save Changes (lower right) when you get it sorted.

Hi, if you mean the display on the Bullet face, pressing the button on the top left just below the X switches from IBTS to BT. The green light on means IBTS. It may be that.
