i keep reading that the ibts fan should run 15k rpm, mine is 6000-6700 and peaks every 30sec ish 13k for 1-2 sec
can i do something to speed the fan up
The fan may need replacing, especially if the speed is changing; or it could be a bad connection. Best to contact Aillio Support (or Sweet Maria’s if that’s where you bought your Bullet) and start a Trouble ticket so they can guide you through trouble shooting. It’s easy to replace once you have the part.

May I ask how to see ibts fan speed?
Start preheat or roast then in the top right there is an “I” icon, hit that and it opens an Info window with a bunch of items including the IBTS speed. Click again to remove…
