Is it possible to import downloaded CSV data? If so, where can we do it in RT4
This is not possible no.
What’s the reason you would want to do this?
A local roastery did share some bullet based CSV data from their raw beans. i know there are other ways to share roastcurves.

If the profiles are public you might be able to find them on RW. The CSV files does not contain enough data to be used back into RT.
