Hi there, I was wondering if there is a way to look over past Preheat Charts. If not I think this might be a nice to have with the roast profiles.

I’m curious and a fairly new roaster - so what would be the big benefit of analyzing the preheat charts?
I live in a cold region with drastic seasonal changes and I bet I’d see differences in preheat time and characteristics throughout the year (as my roaster is in a shed and more susceptible to temp differences than my house)
Yes thats the bulk of it.
Also I was curious if the differences or gap in the bean probe and the IBTS sensors with different roasts had an impact on the roast. I was trying to figure out if longer preheats made a difference and if the bean temp prob would heat up in a pre heat.
I’m just messing around to try understand the preheat and the effects of it on the roast.
just take screenshots during the preheat phase. hopefully you’re also taking temp and humidity readings as these too affect the process. Enjoy the roasting.

We currently do not store preheat data. We take the last ~4 data points from preheat and put it into the roast, but discard the rest.
