hi all very new to the software etc so this is probably user error im on a new windows laptop and im using the brother ql810w thermal printer according to all sources i should use label roll dk11208 which ive installed in the printer , however everytime i try to print its saying wrong size cannot print .
I do have a work around but would prefer to do it within roastime software
anyone else having this issue
just before anyone asks apparently the dk11208 is the Uk version of the dk1208 dimension wise they are the same
