Leftover beans between roasts

I just finished seasoning my bullet, everything is new, exciting, and let’s be honestly a little anxiety inducing.
What I have been scatching my head about is the fact that I can’t seem to empty all the beans in between roasts. Maybe it’s just because the roaster is new and is still being seasoned ( I have done 3 seasoning roasts already) but it bothers me to no end when I load a batch of green beans and after a couple of seconds of staring at the little window I can see a black bean amogst all the green ones.
Is it normal to have beans that never leave between roasts?
Am I missing something?
Can this have a negative effect on my roast?

Best Regards!

It’s not uncommon to have a stubborn rogue bean that resists jumping out. I have a battery powered vac that I’ll usually use between roasts while the beans are cooling to remove it and chaff that collects under the drum.
