has anybody replaced the main cable the connects to the induction from the front circuit board? got a replacement last week with no instructions.

Hello. I wrote to Aillio support a few days ago. I sent a screenshot of the errors. I received a reply that ticket number 35124 had been accepted. I haven’t received any response yet. I don’t know where else to write. I need a coffee roaster. I’m running low on supplies

Hi all, I found that one of my cables is fraying. I think it is the “Main Cable” which connects the control Board with the induction board, which Sweet Marias sells here
Is this the correct cable?
