Recently my Bullet is acting up. That started a half year ago. The Bullet is 2 and a half years old and I roasted about 250lbs through it. My roast are usually 2lbs each time.
I set preheat at 305C, and start roasting. Recently the machine stops before reaching 200C with an error message saying no connection…. Today, on my 2nd and 3rd rpasting the machine lost my preset temperature of 305C and my roasting title I just typed 5 minutes before became blank. and I had to retype.
Since I disn’t want to waste beans already started, I reset preheat to 305C and turned the dial to preheat for the second time and continued and finished roasting.
The first photo I am showing you was the graph I got from it. The graph says preheat 200C and my preheat setting of 305C seemed to be completely ignored.
On the last Sunday I did 3 2lbs roastings and only one roasting didn’t have any hiccup. My second photo was from the only success roasting.
If someone here could give me some advices on this, I would appreciate. I live in Vancouver, BC
