Need help on pour over roast

Hello everyone,

I have been roasting quiet a bit the last few weeks. I mainly focused my attention on roasts for espresso, which turned out pretty well.

However, I have some issues with my first few roasts for pour over.

  1. I waited about 10 days before trying it. Once I opened the container, the beans were smelling like cereals. However, as soon as I grinded them, they were smelling good.
  2. There were no unpleasant taste… It was just “watery” and lacking depth and body.
  3. Is there anything fundamentally wrong in my graph? Should I target a lower or higher drop temperature?

Thanks for the feedback!
