Hello everyone,
I have been roasting quiet a bit the last few weeks. I mainly focused my attention on roasts for espresso, which turned out pretty well.
However, I have some issues with my first few roasts for pour over.

- I waited about 10 days before trying it. Once I opened the container, the beans were smelling like cereals. However, as soon as I grinded them, they were smelling good.
- There were no unpleasant taste… It was just “watery” and lacking depth and body.
- Is there anything fundamentally wrong in my graph? Should I target a lower or higher drop temperature?
Thanks for the feedback!
