New R1 disconnection

I have got the new R1 but when I try to connect with my notebook. It shows disconnect. I have already tried to unplug the USB wire and it still dosent work.

You haven’t given us much information to go on, but my first thought is that you might be using a USB cable other than the one that was supplied by Aillio. Apparently, they have had trouble with the quality of some USB cables and have carefully sourced the OEM cables to ensure their quality.

After verifying that, you’re getting into the specifics of what laptop you’re using, what OS it’s running, and what version of RoasTime you’re using.

Does the roaster work properly, when “driven” via the front panel?
