New version updated (3.2.2) didn't work in windows 10

Hello, after automatic updated, my roastime didn’t work and I only see a white screen. Anyone have this problem, how I can solve it. Regards,

Have you tried closing the program, checking task manager to ensure it actually closed, and if tht fails, restarting your computer?

and as a last resort, uninstall, and reinstall the software.

Hello there, try this procedure:

  1. Make sure you are logged in to Windows (and not on a guest account)
  2. Close RoasTime
  3. Make sure you can see “hidden files” in your explorer
  4. Navigate to and delete these two folders:
  5. C:\Users\AppData\Roaming\RoasTime
  6. C:\Users\AppData\Roaming\roast-time
  7. Restart RoasTime
