Have you tried closing the program, checking task manager to ensure it actually closed, and if tht fails, restarting your computer?
and as a last resort, uninstall, and reinstall the software.

Hello there, try this procedure:
- Make sure you are logged in to Windows (and not on a guest account)
- Close RoasTime
- Make sure you can see “hidden files” in your explorer
- Navigate to and delete these two folders:
- C:\Users\AppData\Roaming\RoasTime
- C:\Users\AppData\Roaming\roast-time
- Restart RoasTime
